Privacy policy statement in accordance with provisions of the Italian law (art. 13 d.lgs 196/03)

Illycaffè S.p.A will process your personal data, using paper, computer and telecommunication systems.
Illycaffè will process your personal data in order to recognize you as franchisee and in order to permit your registration to enter the private area and to view/download the files.
Illycaffè is already in possession of your personal data (except user id and password) for contract of franchising purposes.
The providing of the personal data in order to recognize you as franchisee and in order to permit your registration to enter the private area and to view/download the files, is facultative. If you don’t provide these data, you can not register for entering the private area and viewing/downloading the files.
Your personal data processed in order to recognize you as franchise and in order to permit your registration to enter the private area and to view/download the files, will not be communicated.
The persons (internal and external) in charge of processing your personal data (staff in charge of franchising, staff of the informative systems, public relations staff, consultants, marketing staff, webmasters, data processors, both internal data processor and companies in charge of auxiliary activities for illycaffè, that processe your personal data on the controller’s behalf), are properly trained and authorised to deal with them to various degrees according to their role.
lllycaffè S.p.A., a company based at 110 Via Flavia in Trieste, Italy, in whose name the present Notice is drafted and published, is the data controller, while the party responsible for data management (Data Processor) is the Computer Systems and Process Organisation Manager, who, in this capacity, is based and may be contacted in offices at the aforementioned address (110 Via Flavia in Trieste), or via e-mail at info@illy.com. Any party having interest thereunto may submit any request, complaint or objection as contemplated and provided for under Statute 7 of Decree Law 196/03 to said Manager. The interested party may also request from the Manager an updated list of any other party having data management responsibilities. Requests, complaints and objections should all be addressed “to the attention of the Data Processor, the Computer Systems and Process Organisation Manager”, specifying “privacy” in reference. News as to any change in the person of the Data Processor may be had online by accessing the privacy policy of this website and of website www.illy.com. Information may also be obtained as contemplated and provided for under Statute 9 of Decree Law 196/03.
The interested party may at any time exercise her/his rights as contemplated and provided for under Statute 7 of the Italian law governing privacy, and more precisely Decree Law 196/03, as detailed below:
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
